Just an update.
There are TWO forms you have to fill in, a consent and a witness form

And for 18+, you guys only have the Indemnity form: http://www.actionpaintball.com/forms/ind_syd.pdf But remember to bring ID card XD (Drivers License or similar ID)
REMEMBER!! $50 deposit in before 3rd of DEC! 6TH DECEMBER IS LAST MINUTE!! If you have something that doesn't allow you pay $50 before this date, please email me at: litool_sophia@live.com OR if you have my number just sms or call me ;)
