Foods to avoid : processed foods, carbohydrates (especially refined carbs - white bread , white pasta, etc), sugar, soda, candy/chocolate, cookies, cakes, you know the rest.
More milk, less choco milk, or avoid completely (No more calciyum at school LOL)
Reason? Just for a more healthier lifestyle/diet, whiter teeth, stronger bones, and smoother skin, and increasing my chances of growth ;)
